Our cheeses are provided by Ostebørsen, founded in 1934. They make their own cheeses and import cheeses from small and large dairies in the Nordic countries and Europe. Most of the smaller dairies Henrik and Birgitte have found themselves at the end of winding mountain roads on their many cheese expeditions.
